Ultraboost 5X: Jessie Zapo’s Secret to Energized Running
Hi! I’m Jessie Zapo, a performance coach and lead Captain for adidas Runners U.S., the founder and coach of Girls Run NYC, and an ultramarathoner amongst other things. As an active woman and community leader in New York City, having energy is essential to how I show up to all the places and spaces I inhabit each day. Energy is not just about what I put out into the world, but also what I take in from the people I spend time with, and the environments I’m in. I find that the more active I am, the more energy I give and get from doing the things that I love.

Meanwhile, 120,000 adidas Running app users signed the White Ribbon pledge, thereby making a commitment to never carry out, excuse or remain silent about violence against women.
